Monster Maintenance evolved out of a desire to have a one-stop maintenance and repair solution that delivers all the service “positives” from a life-time of experiences.
These include a professional maintenance service that is reliable, arrives on-time, never “no shows,” pays attention to detail, respects your property, communicates well and provides proof of service, all at a reasonable price. Chael spent his early childhood moving from coast to coast to coast (Gulf, Atlantic, and Pacific) as a Marine Corps brat before his family settled down in their hometown of San Antonio, Texas.
He attended college at San Antonio College, and University of the Incarnate Word. He found his niche after college as a headhunter for Finance and Accounting firms in Central Texas before moving on to become a corporate trainer for Intuit Quickbooks Online.
His career took an unexpected turn several years ago when he entered the Property Management/Hospitality arena in the Texas Hill Country as a Senior Living Administrator. Combining his passion for working with families along with his talents in guiding employees and companies towards efficiency and unparalleled performance.
He gladly joined the Monster Maintenance team in 2021 as COO, and is thrilled to be a small part of the unprecedented growth expected in Central Texas’ construction, remodeling, and home service sector over the next 20 years.
In his off time he enjoys spending time with his partner Caroline, and their children. His favorite parts about living in Central Texas are that Flip Flops and Cowboy Boots are equally acceptable dinner attire, and you’re never more than a twenty minute drive from barbed wire and cattle.
